H-provis offers project management services acting as interim or interface project managers on behalf of pharmaceutical and engineering companies. We can also support pharmaceutical engineering service providers by, for example, managing unexpected or out of scope user requirements. We ensure sustainable leadership and effective management through tandem coaching. We train the necessary stakeholders to run the project efficiently and successful on their own once we wrap up our immediate involvement. The mentoring may also extend beyond the project period.
